Bene attends careers days at schools and other educational institutions including HTL Waidhofen/Ybbs, the specialist woodworking colleges in Kuchl and Mödling, the polytechnics in Waidhofen/Ybbs, St. Peter/Au and many more. We also take stands at careers fairs such as “Schule und Beruf” in Wieselburg and “Karriere-Clubbing” in Waidhofen an der Ybbs.On the industrial side, you will get targeted practice in making your own workpieces in our in-house apprentice workshop; on the administrative side, you will get in-depth training in your chosen specialism. By completing your apprenticeship, you will be laying the foundations for your future career and acquiring the skills needed for many of the roles available at Bene.
Bene’s regular successes over several years in various state and federal competitions reflect our thorough and diligent professional and personal training programmes. Right from the start, these have been fully focused on getting the youngest employees in the company actively involved. The result at the end of the apprenticeship is a group of highly trained, highly motivated staff who really enjoy their job. We are proud to be able to train the joiners of the future. Bene puts on regular events for children and young people. As part of the Children’s University initiative, children and young people can find out more about the apprenticeship and what it feels like to handle and work with wood in our outstanding apprentice workshop.
